At Deraa, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund system for both landowners and customers. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work across our platform.
• Refunds depend on the rules set by individual landowners
• Refunds are only processed if the landowner approves the cancellation
• Deraa service fees may be non-refundable
• Users must provide valid proof for refund requests
• Last-minute cancellations without valid reason
• If the customer violates property rules or damages property
• If the property was accurately described and functional
• If cancellation window has expired (as defined by landowner)
• Users must submit a refund request from their dashboard
• Landowner reviews and approves/declines the request
• Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method
• Deraa acts only as a facilitator for refunds
• Final decisions are made by the landowner
• In case of disputes, Deraa may step in to review evidence
• Deraa reserves the right to decline refunds involving fraud or misuse
We may update this Refund Policy at any time to better reflect our platform practices and user needs. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
